Something exciting is starting next week that I am SO excited for. Are you guys ready for another Tone It Up series? If you’re new to my blog or not sure what Tone It Up is, I would recommend reading more on these amazing trainers and how finding TIU has impacted my life. Hooked yet?…Thought so. Each year right before summer in the US, Tone It Up trainers Karena and Katrina do an eight week Bikini Series that helps each Tone It Up Girl get ready for Bikini Season by sharing toning workouts, motivation stories, nutritious spring and summertime recipes and more. Check out this video for an introduction into the series and to get some sneak peaks of what is in store for us. The challenge officially begins on April 28th, so make sure you head to the TIU website and get signed up to participate in this amazing challenge. Part of the kick-off for the Bikini Series was to #CreateYourSummer so I am sharing my Create Your Summer list with all of you. I really want to get out and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible this summer: camping, barbecues, outdoor runs, walks with my pups and more. Getting outdoors and getting active is my favorite part of summer besides, of course, the higher temperatures and sunshine!
